Casserole instructions.  Begin at 5:00.

Get casserole out of fridge.

Set main oven (under stove) to 350, turn control to BAKE.

Wait ~ 10 minutes (set timer) for it to preheat.  (Also, casserole to
warm up a little in the house.)

Put casserole in oven.  I put the racks in so it will fit.

Set timer to 25 minutes.

Remove lid (use potholder!)

Set timer to 25 minutes again.

Remove from oven.
