Pie Crust --------- From Peg's Mom: Stir together in a big bowl: 3 cups flour 3/4 tsp salt In a 2c glass measuring cup, pour in: 7/8 cup canola oil 1/4 cup milk Fold into flour mixture just until it clumps up Add liquid if necessary (but shouldn't have to) Form into two balls for top and bottom crust Roll one between two sheets of wax paper (or silicone thing on bottom and paper on top) When large enough, remove top sheet of wax paper Flip onto pie pan, center, push down into corners Carefully remove wax paper / silicone thingy Roll out and place the top crust in the same way Seal edges by pressing with fingers or fork
