Falafel notes: Tried 350, maybe 375 or 400 better? Bake 10-12 mins, flip, bake another 10-12 mins. Except not really enough, so try 15 first? Maybe not with higher temp? Next time: 375 for 15 mins first side, 10 mins 2nd side (we got hungry). Was fine. 12 2nd side would be OK too. Tahini: squish a garlic clove, dribble in some lemon juice, then start thinning. it'll "thicken" first and then add more water. Eventually will thin. Air fryer: 375 for 10 minutes. Then flip and 5 more minutes. Thinking a little higher temp would be good, actually.
