Cream Cheese Spritzes eight ounces cream cheese one cup butter one cup granulated sugar 1.5 tsp. vanilla 2.25-2.5 cups flour Cream cheese, butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Mix in flour until well blended. Spoon dough into cookie press. Press dough onto cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. You can put a few drops of food coloring in and mix well before spooning into the press; this makes a lively colored display. Or you can decorate them with various little cookie decorating things. Or, you can just have them plain. These are sufficiently high in fat that if you use a warm cookie sheet (for example the one that just came out of the up in that you took cookies off of), they will have trouble getting out of the press and onto the sheet. I always use a fresh clean cold cookie sheet for each batch, even though this makes for more dishwashing.
