Cut the cornbread into 1/2 inch cubes and arrange on a baking sheet. 2. Bake the cornbread at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until crisp and toasted on the outside. Increase the oven temperature to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. 3. Combine the milk, egg, molasses, brown sugar, cinnamon and optional fruit together in a bowl. 4. Place the toasted cornbread cubes into a 9 by 9 inch baking pan and pour the mixed liquid ingredients over the cubes. 5. Bake the cornbread pudding for 45 to 60 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit or until cooked through. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
