Chocolate Cookie Cutter Cookies

What I'm going to try:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 C cocoa
1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. white flour
1 c. WW pastry flour

Chill if it seems necessary.  Bake at 350 for 8-10.

Buncha recipes from the net I interpolated from:

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. milk
2 sq. melted chocolate (unsweetened)
1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 c. flour

Chill until firm.   Bake at 400 degrees 6 to 8 minutes.


1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Chill 1 hr.  Bake at 325 for 5-7 minutes.  (I so don't believe that.
Another identical ingredients recipe suggested 8-10 at 325.)


1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder 
1/8 teaspoon salt 
3/4 cup butter, softened 
1 1/4 cups white sugar 
1 egg 
Chill 2 hrs.  8-10 min 375
