Subject:  chocolate crazy cake (vegan!)

i know it sounds odd if you've never made it, but it is fast, easy,
you probably have all o the ingredients on hand because they don't
spoil, and it's very yummy!

1.5 cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp bakiong soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cold water or coffee
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp white or cider vinegar

preheat oven to 375
sift all dry ingredients directly into 9 inch round or 8 inch square
cake pan.
pour in all liquids except vinegar and mix until smooth. add vinegar
and stir quickly, the batter will look swirly. stir just enough to
evenly distribute the vinegar, then immediately bake 25-30 minutes.
