Chile Relleno Casserole Base: 1 pound ground turkey 1 onion maybe a stalk or two of celery and a few mushrooms a clove or two of garlic 3 (7-oz) cans of diced green chiles (mild; not jalapenos) 1-2 cup shredded cheddar one can corn one can refried beans 1-2 teaspoon cumin 1-2 teaspoon oregano Crust: 1/2 cup flour 1 1/4 cup milk 3 eggs Saute vegetables; brown turkey; mix everything in "base" together in large bowl; transfer to 9x13 baking dish. Whisk together crust ingredients; pour over base Bake at 350F for one hour
