BROWNIES 4 eggs 1.5 C sugar 2 tsp vanilla 1/3 C oil 1/3 C non-fat yogurt 1.5 C whole wheat flour 1 C oatmeal 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 C cocoa powder Whip eggs until frothy. In order, whip in sugar, vanilla, oil, and yogurt. Stir together dry ingredients, mix into wet. Grease and flour a 9x13 metal pan. Pour in batter. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
