2 cups rice
3.25 cups water

Multiply as needed:
3: 5 minus one ounce 
4: 6.5
5: 8 plus one ounce
6: 9.75

Put in instant pot.  Push "manual" twice.  Adjust time to 15 minutes.
Make sure that steam release valve is in center position.  Wait for
steam to start coming from red valve.  (Not really needed anymore:
Poke valve until it pops up.)  Sometime after pot switches to showing
time, set timer to 10 minutes longer than time shown.  When timer
rings open steam release valve.  Wait for red valve to drop down.
